Blood Moon fast approaches

A red moon associated for centuries as an omen is set to cast itself across Britain.

The ' blood moon' thought by ancients to signal the end of the world will be visible early on Monday.At 3am it will coincide with a lunar eclipse,an event which occurs once every 30years

Some religious groups believe it is a bad omen.

The moon is made to look red by the effect of sunlight being scattered by the Earth's atmosphere.

They say it might be the end of the world!
