Three months after the death of Oba Sijuwade,a new Ooni of Ife has emerged,Prince Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi from the Giesi ruling house.

Manny Pacquiao to retire after final bout

Philippine Icon,Manny Pacquiao is set to hang up his boxing gloves after his April 9th bout.

According to Espn,the boxer will retire to a life of politics in his home country.The Announcement was made by top rank promoter Bob Arum after he had dinner with Pacquiao in New York last week to discuss the boxers final fight.

Pacquiao is currently a congressman for his Sarangani province but plans to run for one of the 24 national seats.

His opponent is not yet set.

Beyonce and Jay z reportedly split because of Riri!

According to The Sun,Celebrity Biographer Randy Taraborelli alleges in his new book: Becoming Beyonce:The Untold Story,the super couple split in 2005 for a year because of rumours involving Jay Z's protégé Rihanna.

However he claims the speculation almost ended Beyonce and Jay Z split.Speaking on US tv this week,he stated Beyonce didn't know what to make of it hence they spent almost a year apart.

Nigerian student breaks record in Japan

Ufot Ekong a nigerian student based in Japan,has achieved the highest grades at a Japanese University in over 50years.

According to Huffington Post,Mr Ekong achieved this by solving the 30year old mathematical equation which remained unsolved for 50years in his first semester.

He achieved a first class in Electrical Engineering at Tokai University in Tokyo scoring the best marks since 1965.

The young man currently works for Nissan and has already made an electric car which reaches up to 128kmph.He also owns a clothing store in Japan and paid his way through university himself.
